1 General Introduction

12xbajiee ("we", "our", "platform") operates an online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "member") and 12xbajiee.

2.1 Accuracy of Account Information

Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information recorded in their account. If any information changes, notify the support team immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Account Management

Each account is personal and non-transferable. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure.

• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented to anyone.

3.1 Account Inactivity

If an account remains inactive for 12 months or more, 12xbajiee may mark it as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact the support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 12xbajiee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Our supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 → Maximum bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• If a bonus is used fraudulently, it will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 12xbajiee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback benefits according to their level (Bronze 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%).

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to placing bets on 12xbajiee:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error has occurred.
• 12xbajiee reserves the right to review any transaction that occurred as a result of a technical error.
• For sports betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• For slots and casino games, the individual rules of each game provider apply.
• The platform reserves the right to void bets placed by exploiting incorrect odds or algorithmic errors.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

12xbajiee is a fair and transparent platform. Our games are technically impartial and mechanisms are in place to verify outcomes. The platform reserves the right to investigate any member suspected of engaging in suspicious activity.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 12xbajiee and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Any attempt at money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system or promotions.
• Playing games through automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by colluding with other members.
• Harassing, intimidating, or showing disrespectful behaviour toward platform staff or other members.
• Registering an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.

8 Privacy and Security

12xbajiee treats the protection of members' personal information as a top priority. Our platform is secured with SSL encryption technology, which keeps all your transactions and personal information safe.

10.1 Balance Return

If an account is closed without any breach of rules, the valid balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member. The balance may be temporarily held while an investigation is ongoing.

11 Limitation of Liability

12xbajiee accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Interruption to or loss of gameplay due to loss of internet connection.
• Loss resulting from the member's own negligence in allowing login details to be compromised.
• Inconvenience caused by errors or delays in third-party payment services.
• Service interruption due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• The outcome of the member's own betting decisions.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions and Contact

Continued use of the platform after the updated terms and conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms and conditions, please stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
